Here is the official word from FSL:

Today, FSL will be performing mandatory upgrades to electrical systems
in the FSL Central Facility computers rooms. Work is set to begin at
1000AM MDT (16Z); planned up time is by 500PM MDT (23Z).
No FSL provided data products will be available during the downtime. We
will provide updates on status as known.
