Background Summary
C This directive provides overarching policy for major NWS dissemination
activities and systems. It covers NWS Instructions for the NOAA Weather Radio,
NOAA Weather Wire Service, Complementary Dissemination Services, and Text
Product Formats and Codes.
C No policy changes.
C Supercedes the following Weather Service Operations Manual Chapters: C-60,
C-61, C-62, C-63, C-64, C-66, C-67, G-20, and G-21.
