It turns out that SSEC/CIMSS has access to ATOVS data, or, at least, a
web page at CIMSS addresses the The International ATOVS Processing
Package (IAPP).

A contact at CIMSS for this might be Chris Velden.

Now that the Unidata E450 machine has been installed and is running
(but not operationally) in the SSEC data center machine room, we
might be able to use it to send ATOVS data/products to select sites
for testing purposes.  I am not confident, however, that sending
such a stream to Germany would be wildly successful given the
limitations of the current LDM.
