missing product

Hi Christian,
There's good news and bad news regarding missing CSCN02 CWAO. The good news is
that NOAAPORT should be receiving the product, but the bad news is that Canada
has not been sending it. A fellow at NWS is going to contact Canada to see
what is happening on their end.
