>This is Zhenjiang Li at the College of Marien Science, University
>of South Florida. I am seeking for your help to obtain the archived
>ETA model data.

>What I need is those ETA data covering the eastern Gulf of Mexico during
>the time of hurricane Gabrielle. Please advise me how to get them and
>the related format issue.

The best thing to do is to send out your request to the
address@hidden email list. Before you send to this, or any
other email list maintained by Unidata, you must first subscribe to
that list:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/mailinglist/mailing-list-form.html

and wait for confirmation that you have been added to that list.

The subscribers to needdata are Unidata sites that may be archiving
data and others interested in data issues. When you post your request,
please make sure to include the days and times of the data you are
looking for as well as the format you would most like to get the data
in. It is likely that a Unidata site has saved the data you are
looking for and is also willing to give you access to it. If nobody
has the data, then you may be forced to try and get the data from the
National Climactic Data Center (NCDC). The NCDC HomePage is:

>thank you very much.

You are welcome.
