Acars data users: An upgraded version of the Quality Controlled ACARS processing software was installed in to production January 31, 2001 at 20:36 z. The changes to the QCAcars processing include three new variables for the ACARS netCDF files distributed via LDM. The new variables are: - "downlinkedRH" (relative humidity as received from those aircraft that report it), - "correctedWVMR" (corrected water vapor mixing ratio), - "vertGust" (vertical gust data from some AMDAR aircraft) NetCDF files are available on integration public in: /integration/data/acars/qc/netcdf.
