Eumetsat appears to still be having occasional problems with the Met-7
calibration.
They are now reporting that incorrect coefficients were sent at the
following times.
APRIL 3: SLOT 16 (0800UTC)
APRIL 2: SLOTS 16 AND 40 (0800UTC and 2000UTC)

Meteosat-7 was disseminated with the incorrect IR calibration on all
images between 2000UTC yesterday (day 090), through 0830UTC today (day
091).
