Missing Antarctic data

Just as a note, due to the power failure at UW/SSEC over the weekend,
Antarctic composites and other data have been missing after July 25
at 18 UTC and things appear to have restarted back to normal just
before 15 UTC on July 26. We apologize for any problems this has
caused.
