GOES-10 sounder problem and GMS quality



1. Due to a software problem at the ground station, no GOES-10 sounders have 
   been sent since the 1324UTC sounder.  They are currently working on the 
   problem.  No estimated recovery time has been given. 

2. The GMS data quality problem cleared up yesterday afternoon ~1900UTC, but 
   came back around 0100UTC.  GE-Americom has reopened a ticket on it and 
   their technicians are still trying to track down the cause.
