You would probably be most likely to get the data you are after by contacting
NCDC.  The NCDC web site is: http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/.  From that page,
I would check out the Satellite Resources and NESDIS links.

The other, faint possibility is that someone in our community might have
the data your are interested in (very improbable).  To send a note to those
folks who are doing some ad hoc archiving, you must subscribe to our
needdata eamil list and then send that list your query (only subscribers
to the list are allowed to post to the list; this keeps down spams).
You can subscribe to needdata (and other Unidata moderated/maintained
lists) at: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/mailing-list-form.html.
