19990104: denial of access to NIDS floater web page

Paul,

I don't know if you are the appropriate person at WSI to send this to,
so please forward it if you are not.

We just received the following message from Eric Horst the Weather
Station Manager at Millersville University:

Since the web site is maintained by WSI, I have no idea of what could
have caused his difficulties.  I just tried to contact the server, but
got the message "A network error occurred: Unable to connect to server
The server may be down or unreachable.  Try connecting again later."

Even though this error message does not indicate a change to the user
name and/or password for the page, please let both Eric and us know if
the access information has changed and what the new user name and
password are.

Any help you can provide us in this matter will be most appreciated.
