[AWIPS #TKG-457493]: CAVE AwipsII for MAC

Hi Mike,

This is a known problem with CAVE on Mac 10.12 (Sierra), and I don't have a 
full solution yet. 

The workaround is to run the cave executable from the command line, which 
should be located in /Applications/CAVE/cave.app/Contents/MacOS/
