[AWIPS #YON-385881]: AWIPS 16.2.2 error on MacOS 10.12

When you open the dmg file and drag to the Applications folder, are you 
dragging the entire CAVE (upper case) directory to Applications, or the cave 
(lower case) executable (really cave.app) located in the CAVE directory.  I get 
the error message you are reporting when I drag only the application "cave", 
rather than the entire parent directory "CAVE".
