We have setup what should be the needed ALLOW for the LDM on your EDEX
machine to be able to access our top level IDD relay clusters, 
idd.unidata.ucar.edu
and iddb.unidata.ucar.edu.

Please rerun your 'notifyme' test to each of our clusters to verify that you 
are,
in fact, now ALLOWed.
