[AWIPS #FDH-124056]: Installation error

The last I heard from Bob Benites was on June 9 saying that a workaround was 
found, commenting out the "return" calls in /etc/profile.d/ csh scripts:

"I no longer get the error message. I'm not sure why the
"return" command precedes the exit command as it is."

The errors in these scripts that Bob reported are being addressed for the next 
release (14.4.1).

Bob also reported that the netcdf-AWIPS package failed during install, but I 
need to see the installation error message when this occurs to offer any help.

Another problem reported was:

I need more information about this error as well.  There are so many packages 
being installed and spec file scripts being executed, I can only diagnose this 
problem if I'm told what package is responsible.  I'm guessing that this is 
from the awips2-edex-upc package installing and executing the "edex setup" 
script, which uses sed to set the hostname and IP address is various EDEX and 
LDM configuration files.

See if this error is returned by manually running "edex setup".  If so, I will 
have to send you an updated edex script to be put in /awips2/tools/bin/
