I,J to and from lat/lon coordinates
FORTRAN codes that convert the I and J (Cartesian) coordinates to latitude and longitude for various map projections in use at NCEP (formerly NMC), where the grids are defined using the GRIB conventions. The directory also contains the codes that go the other way, i.e., for a given lat/lon they will return the I and J (floating, fractional) grid coordinates.
