1.11 Plans for NetCDF

Future versions of NetCDF will include the following features:

1. Remote access of netCDF data via OpenDAP servers.
2. Extensions of netCDF-4 features to C++ API and to tools ncgen/ncdump.
3. Better documentation and more examples.
