Returns an instance of the system of units.

Returns:

An instance of the system of units.

Throws:

UnitSystemException

setInstance

                              throws UnitSystemException

Sets the system of units. This must be called before any call to instance().

Parameters:

instance - The system of units.

Throws:

UnitSystemException - instance() was called earlier.
