libcf-1.0
alpha4 is now available. It includes functions
for handling unitless vertical dimensions (see
Appendix D of the CF Conventions).

release reflects this change.

NCCFLIB web site
The NCCFLIB web site has been created to assist
with the development of a C/Fortran library which
help scientists read and write files in
accordance with the CF Metadata Conventions.
