9.0.2 NMAP SPF
Using NMAP Stored Procedure Files
A Stored Procedure File (SPF) is used to save and restore options
for frequently requested products. The ASCII file that is created
through the Save option contains the data sources, and display
characteristics associated with a set of preferences that
are used to generate a product. The set of preferences represents
a procedure.
To create an SPF file in NMAP2, first create the desired product
data display, then select the "Save Data Settings" option.
The fields that are stored in the SPF file are:
- Data Sources
- Dominant Source
- Number of frames
- Time skip increment
- Roam setting
- Auto update preference
- Map files/overlay, projection, and graphics area
To recall settings from an SPF file, select the "Restore Data Settings" option.
The stored values in the SPF file will be used to automatically configure
the display options settings.
