[visad] Update to the VisAD library

This VisAD library has been updated.  Here is a summary of the changes
since the Sept 9th release:

2007-10-02 15:40  donm

	* visad/: examples/Test42.java, java3d/DisplayRendererJ3D.java: fix
	  a problem where screen based scales which had a font set didn't
	  show the labels.  Set the  font in Test42 on one of the screen
	  based axes

2007-09-25 09:13  jeffmc

	* visad/data/text/TextAdapter.java: Add in a flag to only read the
	  first line of data. Used by the IDV when we want to read the meta
	  data but not all of the data

	* edu/wisc/ssec/mcidas/: AreaFile.java, AreaFileFactory.java: fix
	  the getAreaFileInstance(URL) to properly handle the mag, linele
	  and size specs so people can't ask for more than they can.  Don't
	  apply mag to size.  Change the javadoc on that AreaFile ctor to
	  reflect what the code does

	* edu/wisc/ssec/mcidas/AreaFile.java: add in fix to handle -1 as a
	  band number

2007-09-19 16:14  brucef

	* edu/wisc/ssec/mcidas/AreaFileFactory.java: Change the try/catch
	  in getAreaFileInstance(String) to only catch the
	  MalformedURLException that occurs when the URL instance cannot be
	  constructed.	Also changed getAreaFileInstance(URL) to propagate
	  an AddeURLException if there is any issue with the query string,
	  such as a bad encoding or parameter issues, and remove the
	  MalformedURLException.

	  Add convention of  passing in -1 for the band to mean that we
	  take the first band in the band map.

	* visad/util/TextEditor.java: Add an insertText and a
	  getTextComponent method
