hdf5 support

Hello,

I am very interested in using VisAD for visualization of HDF5 files,  
but I am having trouble with the setup required to recognize them.

I tried following the instructions in section 4 of the README (http:// 
www.ssec.wisc.edu/~billh/README), however a link to further  
instructions is broken: http://hdf.ncsa.uiuc.edu/java-hdf5-html/

I am, at least, able to launch VisAD from the visad.jar file on my 64- 
bit Mac system.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
