visad/bio removed; better contour labels; AnimationRendererJ3D

A new release of VisAD this morning includes several
important changes:

1. The visad/bio directory has been removed. The VisBio
system is now distributed separately from VisAD (but of
course still uses VisAD) and is available at:

  http://www.loci.wisc.edu/visbio/

This will enable VisBio to build on Unidata's DODS and
THREDDS work, that requires JDK 1.3 and 1.4 (VisAD still
conforms to JDK 1.2).

2. Greatly improved contour (i.e., iso-lines) labels,
done by Tom Rink for Unidata. Note that in a DisplayImplJ3D,
the labels maintain a constant size on the screen as the
user zooms.

3. A new DataRenderer, visad.java3d.AnimationRendererJ3D,
again done by Tom Rink for Unidata. This is used to display
Fields with MathType of the form:

  (any_real_type -> any_math_type)

and with a ScalarMap of any_real_type to Animation. With
AnimationRendererJ3D, the depiction for each animation step
becomes visible as it is transformed, without waiting for
all time steps to be transformed. This behavior is similar
to Vis5D, and is desireable iso-surfaces and other depictions
that are slow to transform.

Cheers,
Bill
