disableAction

Hi,

In my never ending quest for optimizations....

What are the appropriate circumstances for using
DisplayImpl.disableAction()? When does it need to be enabled? I'm afraid
if I use it too liberally, I will disable something I shouldn't.

Thanks,
Doug
