Unionsets again

Hi,

in a previous question about whether unionsets can be used as domains in
flatfields, the answer seemed to be yes. But, when I previously looked into
the Visad source code, UnionSet.valueToInterp() did not seem to be
implemented (throws an exception). Does this mean that those FlatFields can
not be used for interpolation (and why is that so in that case)?

Regards,
Jakob
