I'm currently working on domain factoring/multipling methods which
should at least have the functionality you need soon.
>3. are there routines which will "re-sample" the data at a lower rate?
Yes, as matter of fact, Field.resample provides resampling between
domain Sets. There's plenty of info regarding this in the developers
guide, and feel free to send the list any questions.
