Re: [thredds] TDS aggregations

We have a daily forecast model that's been running for several years
and at some point we added more variables to the output files.

We aggregate these using the FMRC featureCollection, and as long as we
set <protoDataset choice=Penultimate"> we get all the variables
written into the aggregation and THREDDS is smart enough to assign
different time coordinate variables to them (e.g. time, time1, time2),
etc.
