[thredds] THREDDS community: catalogs and software

Hi all,

I'm trying to update our list of publicly available THREDDS catalogs as 
well as our list of software that uses or generates THREDDS catalogs. 
Here is the web page as it stands:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/projects/THREDDS/usage.html

The catalog is out of date and client and library list is a bit sparse.

If you have any updates or additions, please send them to me or 
support-thredds at unidata.ucar.edu.
