[thredds] CDM checker crashing on test file

http://motherlode.ucar.edu:9080/thredds/cdmValidate.html
is crashing on the file
http://stellwagen.er.usgs.gov/rps/share/test.nc
instead of giving useful validation feedback:

I don't see anything obviously wrong with this file when browsing with OpenDAP:
http://stellwagen.er.usgs.gov/cgi-bin/nph-dods/rps/share/test.nc.html
