catalogRef element

Hi Fabien,

In your content/thredds/catalog.xml, try changing

    <catalogRef xlink:href="./psy3v1/catalog.xml" xlink:title="test
psy3v1" />
to
    <catalogRef xlink:href="psy3v1/catalog.xml" xlink:title="test psy3v1" />

Just dropping the leading "./" from he catalogRef xlink:href.

I think that should work. I'll work on a fix for our next release so an
href starting with "./" doesn't brake things.

Ethan
