NetCDF-Java Tools (webstart) failure

Hi Mike

Got the same error, i've just modified the *.jnlp file according to
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf-java/v2.2/webstart/index.html.
I think you have to switch bzip2 to bufr. You'll see.
