catalog schema question: variable element

Well, another blunder on my part. There is a slight backward 
incompatibility between 1.0 and 1.0.1. Basically, catalogRef as of 1.0.1 
requires a name attribute. So, I've reverted the URL above to point to 
the original 1.0 schema. You will need to point to 
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/schemas/thredds/InvCatalog.1.0.1.xsd for the 
1.0.1 schema.
