A local Critical Weather Day (CWD) has been extended to include Eastern 
Region until 1200 UTC (0700 EDT) Monday November 5, 2007. The CWD for 
Florida will be allowed to expire as previously stated at 0000 UTC (8PM 
EDT Nov 01) Friday November 02, 2007. NCEP, NWSTG, and NCF will 
participate in this CWD to ensure a reliable flow of data. The CWD is 
being extended due to the potential impact of the tropical system, Noel, 
on North Carolina and New England.
