A local Critical Weather Day (CWD) has been declared
from 0900 UTC (05 AM EDT) Thu November 01, 2007 through 0000 UTC (8PM 
EDT Nov 01) Friday November 02, 2007. NCEP, NWSTG, and NCF will 
participate in this CWD to ensure a reliable flow of data. The CWD is in 
effect due to the potential impact of the tropical system, Noel, on 
Florida and the Florida Keys.
