The NOAA National Weather Service MicroART upper air system at Glasgow, 
Montana (WMO # 72768) will be decommissioned on July 7, 2007, and 
installation of the new Radiosonde Replacement System (RRS) will begin. 

Beginning July 16, 2007, or shortly thereafter, upper air observations 
will be issued using the RRS and GPS Mark IIA Sippican radiosondes.
