Around 13:05 PM we will be transitioning from Nport1 to Nport3.

August 27 - switch from NPORT1 to NPORT3 for primary operations; test 
NPORT3 transmissions including the four satellite composite available 
from gp12
                 - following above test or performed concurrently, test 
NPORT4 transmissions to BNCF

August 28 - if above tests are successful, have Dale H. come to the WWB 
to remove remaining network cables from GINI and install on NSOF GINI; 
at this time, the WWB GINI is decommissioned; after cable installation 
at NSOF GINI, declare system for primary and back-up operational 
production and dissemination
