The NOAA National Weather Service MicroART upper air system at Gaylord, 
Michigan (WMO # 72634), will be decommissioned on or about August 17 and 
installation of the new Radiosonde Replacement System (RRS) will begin. 

Beginning August 27, 2007, or shortly thereafter, upper air observations 
will be issued using the RRS and GPS Mark IIA Sippican radiosondes.
