Today has been declared a Critical Weather Day by the National Weather
Service due to: Hurricane Ernesto

Consequently there are to be no changes, modifications or
upgrades to operational applications, products or systems.

The Critical Weather Day is in effect from 2200z(06:00 P.M. E.D.T.) 
08-27-06 JD/239 to 1200Z (07:00 A.M. E.D.T.) 09-01-06 JD/244.
