Today has been declared a Critical Weather Day by the National Weather
Service due to: TROPIC STORM CHRIS TO AFFECT THE PUERTO RICO AND U.S. 
VIRGIN ISLAND.

Consequently there are to be no changes, modifications or
upgrades to operational applications, products or systems.

The Critical Weather Day is in effect  TODAY AT 0900Z (05:00 A.M.
E.D.T)  8/01/06  UNTIL WEDNESDAY 1200Z (08:00 A.M. E.D.T) 8/02/06
