TEMP SHIP... PILOT... AIREP... AMDAR... METAR AND TAF AS WELL
AS PROFILER AND ACARS BUFR MESSAGES RECEIVED AT THEIR
CENTRES AVAILABLE THROUGH FTP ON THE INTERNET. THEY
WILL MAKE TEST DATA AVAILABLE BEGINNING 15 NOVEMBER.
OPERATIONAL DATA WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM 15 DECEMBER
CONTINUING AT LEAST UNTIL 15 JANUARY 2000. THE FORMAT
AND FILE CONVENTIONS USED ARE DESCRIBED IN THE
INTERNATIONAL WMO Y2K MONITORING AND CONTINGENCY
