THAT DATE.  THE 3-MONTH SEASONAL OUTLOOK PERIODS ARE INDICATED BY
3-LETTER ABBREVIATIONS /E.G. JFM IS JANUARY-FEBRUARY-MARCH... AMJ IS
APRIL-MAY-JUNE  ETC./.  THE ISSUE TIME FOR OUTLOOKS IS AROUND 3 P.M.
