STANDARD TIME /1130 UNIVERSAL COORDINATED TIME/...THE WEATHER SERVICE
OFFICES /WSO/ IN PUEBLO /PUB/...COLORADO AND GOODLAND /GLD/...KANSAS
WILL SHARE PUBLIC FORECAST AND LONG-FUSE WARNING AND ADVISORY
RESPONSIBILITY IN COLORADO WITH THE WEATHER SERVICE FORECAST OFFICE
/WSFO/ IN DENVER /DEN/...COLORADO.  THESE CHANGES WILL PROVIDE
IMPROVED SERVICES THROUGH MORE EFFECTIVELY COORDINATED LONG-AND SHORT-
FUSE WARNINGS AND FORECASTS.

    SUBSCRIBERS TO THE NOAA WEATHER WIRE SERVICE /NWWS/ AND FAMILY OF
SERVICES /FOS/ WILL NOT HAVE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO CONTINUE RECEIVING
THESE PRODUCTS.  THIS MEANS THAT NWWS AND FOS PRODUCT IDENTIFIERS FOR
COLORADO WILL REMAIN THE SAME...REGARDLESS OF THE ISSUING OFFICE.  THE
ISSUING OFFICE...HOWEVER...WILL BE IDENTIFIED BY THE MASS NEWS
DISSEMINATOR BLOCK AT THE BEGINNING OF THE PRODUCT.  COLORADO PRODUCT
IDENTIFIER CATEGORIES ARE AS FOLLOWS

NECESSARY...WSFO DEN ALSO WILL ISSUE WINTER WEATHER AND NON-
PRECIPITATION WATCHES...WARNINGS...OR ADVISORIES AT THESE SCHEDULED
TIMES FOR ANY OR ALL ZONES WITHIN THEIR STATE.   

     AT OTHER TIMES...AS NECESSARY...UPDATED ZONE FORECASTS AND LONG-
FUSE WARNINGS AND ADVISORIES WILL BE ISSUED FROM THE FOLLOWING OFFICES
FOR THE ZONES SHOWN IN THE TABLE BELOW.

/FOS/ HEADER FPUS5 KCYS.  AT OTHER TIMES...AS NECESSARY...WYOMING
ZONE FORECASTS WILL BE ISSUED AS WEATHER CONDITIONS DICTATE. 
SCHEDULED WYOMING ZONE FORECASTS WILL NO LONGER BE ISSUED AT 11
A.M. AND 9 P.M. MOUNTAIN TIME.
