Is it for the netcdf compilation or for the program( my program compilation)
netcdf for me was compiled by gfortran.

Looking at the instructions for Linux on the netcdf page, it appears
that when it builds using gfortran it uses the option -Df2cFortran.
This probably means that in your compile of your program you need to
add:
-ff2c
