[netcdfgroup] Decoder Interface Format to NETCDF format.

Hi Group:

I am using NCEP decoders to decode some data files. In the process, I have
decoded the data into Decoder interface format as per NCEP decoder
documentation. Now, I would like to convert that decoder interface format
into NETCDF format.

1. How can I do that?
2. Is there any tools or if someone has already implemented this logic, can
you share your information with me please?
3. Are there any suggestions?
