[netcdfgroup] netcdf-4.0-beta2 and netcdf-3.6.3-beta1 now available on Unidata web site...

Hi Ed:

In case you are looking for feedback, I just did a successful install  
(including "make check") on an Intel Mac Powerbook Pro, OS X 10.4.11,  
using the defaults  (i.e gfortran).
