[netcdfgroup] g77, g95, netcdf-g95 on mac

Having a separate fortran library is an option when you build the  
netcdf file, and is not the default.  But yes, if it exists in the  
library directory, then the line needs to be modified to

"-L/sw/lib/  -lnetcdff -lnetcdf"
