[netcdfgroup] Official release of HDF5 1.8 => NetCDF4

NetCDF folk,

I saw on the HDF Group page:
http://www.hdfgroup.org/products/hdf5/index.html

"HDF5 version 1.8.0 released on Tue Feb 12 20:41:19 CST 2008"

I guess that means the official version of HDF5 1.8 was finally
released on Tuesday, right?

Does that mean that NetCDF4 can now become an official release?
