netcdf debian packages need testing

Everyone,

I have just posted Debian packages for beta6 at [1]. Please test them and let 
me know if there is anything wrong. These are compiled with gfortran.

You can get them with aptitude or apt-get by putting the following line in 
your /etc/apt/sources.conf:

deb http://penguintechs.org/~wt/debian/netcdf/ ./

[1]http://penguintechs.org/~wt/debian/netcdf/
