problem using NCVIEW

Hi,

We had a problem with ncview 1.93b and reported it to the author, David 
Pierce.  Not sure if it's the same segfault, but if you're compiling it 
yourself, try replacing a file with the one I attached.  I don't think 
the patch was released yet from the official website.
