beta release of 3.6.2 now available...

Howdy all netCDF fans!

I have just put a beta release of 3.6.2 on the netCDF website and FTP
site. You can get it here:
ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu:/pub/netcdf/netcdf-beta.tar.gz

Version 3.6.2 contains some minor bug fixes, and builds shared
libraries.

(A note of caution: gcc has recently changed the way fortran function
names are handled. If you are using GNU fortran, consider upgrading to
version 4.1.x of gcc and using gfortran.)
